Idempotently requests the workspace's permanent BSC-USD (BEP-20, BNB Smart Chain) deposit address. The first call starts asynchronous allocation and returns 202; later calls replay with 200. depositAddress is null until status is Active. Requires the dedicated wallet.deposit-address.write scope.
