Moves unused prefund toward the workspace's registered payout details after a business-day hold; cancellable until paid; never names a destination. Requires the opt-in wallet.withdraw scope. On a timeout, list withdrawals before retrying.

201The withdrawal (no Location header — there is no single-withdrawal GET).

400The request is malformed (code = invalid_request). Do not retry unchanged.

401Missing, expired, or revoked API key.

403The key lacks the required scope, or the source address is outside the key's allow-list.

409A legitimate business conflict (expired quote, unavailable product, over-balance withdrawal, …). Retrying unchanged will conflict again.

429Rate limit exceeded (120 requests/minute/workspace).
