Read an order's status history

The order's tracking timeline: every status it moved through, oldest first, in the order resource's status vocabulary, each with the reason recorded with it when it is one a merchant may read (the statusReason vocabulary), otherwise null. An entry whose status equals its previousStatus is an annotation: a reason recorded without a change of status. Who made a change is never part of it. Requires the orders.read scope; another workspace's order is 404.
