List the payout destinations

Where the workspace's withdrawals can be paid, read only: the destinations its owners registered in the dashboard, each as a masked summary — never the account or the address in full — with whether it is the default for its currency and when it can first receive money. A key never registers, changes or removes one. Approved destinations come first, then those awaiting approval, newest first within each; includeClosed=true adds the rejected, revoked and removed ones (at most 200 in all). Requires the wallet.read scope.
