The workspace the API key belongs to, as its integration needs to know it: who it is, the currencies its wallets hold, where its API access stands and until when it is paid, the plan it is on, and the request budget its keys share. Any valid key may read it; it is never cached. The limits block — the limits its orders and withdrawals are held to, currency by currency, with what the last 30 days already count — is the workspace's money, so it is returned only to a key holding wallet.read and is null to every other key; the amount above which a withdrawal is held for review is Xegora's own control and no member reports it. While a workspace is suspended or its setup fee is unpaid, this read is refused like every other (403 api_access_inactive).
