Read a quote back

A quote the workspace made through the API, as it was made — the same total, unit price and denomination; nothing is priced again — with its current status: active (an order can be placed against it until expiresAtUtc), used (an order was placed against it) or expired. The money is frozen, the names are not: a quote stores no product or option names, so productName and variantLabel are read from the catalog at the moment you ask and a rename since changes them. (An order line is the opposite — it keeps the names recorded when the order was placed.) Requires the quotes.create or the orders.create scope. Another workspace's quote is 404, exactly like one that does not exist.
