List what can be deposited

The networks and stablecoins the wallet can be funded with right now — read them from here rather than hard-coding any — with the names to show your team (networkName, tokenStandard), the codes to match on (network, currency), the confirmation depth, the minimum deposit and the option's deposit fee. An option may be withdrawn while its network is under maintenance; an empty list means nothing can be deposited right now. Requires the wallet.read scope.
